Zap is a concentrated acid built degreaser formulated to breakdown calcified deposits and metallic residues
the surfactant package in Zap allows this industrial formula to cut through heavy oils and grease and to evenly wet out on almost any surface
Zap will creep into dead end or hard to reach areas even in hard water conditions
recommended for use as a salt, scale, and metal remover on various surfaces
Zap has been used to clean and brighten ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts which have discolored or rusted
it can be used at temperatures up to 200OF in dip tank and steam pressure spray applications.

Directions:
- Do not use on glass, fiberglass, ceramic surfaces, concrete, aircraft materials, anodized or highly polished metals, magnesium wheels or wheel covers, and painted surfaces
- should product accidently contact any of these surfaces, flush immediately with water
- repeated use of Zap can cause degradation of metal equipment and concrete surfaces
- it is important to apply Zap solution from the bottom upwards to avoid streaking
- always test in inconspicuous area first.
Dilutions:
- Salt release, neat
- rescale, 3:1
- rust remover, 1:1
- aluminum brightener, 10:1 to 48:1
- oxidation remover, 40:1 to 256:1
- parts cleaning, 16:1 to 72:1
